Mr. Moore has considerable experience in the fields of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) compliance and management system monitoring, auditing and program building. Mr. Moore has cultivated a broad and diversified professional background having worked on four different continents managing HSE programs and projects.

In addition to the broader experiences, Mr. Moore also has direct experience in workplace inspections, gap analysis and audits (e.g. COR), implementation, maintenance and auditing of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems, hazardous material management, ergonomic programming and occupational hygiene practices.
As an OH and S Group Lead, Mr. Moore has performed HSE audits for clients such as the Edmonton International Airport, Imperial Oil Sands, Suncor, Enbridge, TransCanada and many others for clients in a wide variety of different fields. Mr. Moore also has the technical skills to conduct monitoring of airborne physical, biological and chemical contaminants and to provide technical assistance to client groups on routine matters to help correct

Dr. Shelley Delano Parker is NB Power’s Industrial Psychologist working within the Corporate Health and Safety group since 2010. She brings to the group the scientific perspective of the field of applied psychology within an industrial setting. This tactic has enabled the development of a unique, psychological approach to safety, resulting in NB Power being the recipient of two national gold medal awards: Canada’s Safest Employer and the Psychological Safety Award.
Dr. Parker’s research has focussed on the contribution of email incivility to psychological distress and anxiety for which she has received the Canadian Psychological Association’s National Award for Academic Excellence in Research. She currently is examining workplace stress, attention, and the mitigating role of mindfulness. She also teaches Health Psychology and Developmental Psychology at the University of New Brunswick.
