Topic:  The Best Practices in Training for Business Results

In this session you will define and explore the best practices used by other in the industry. You will work to identify which portions of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) are working well or need to be improved,  discuss ways to maximize your training investment and examine principles of adult learning to determine new ways to apply them in your training for even better business results.

Location: Ottawa Police Association, 141 Catherine Street, Ottawa ON

PARKING OPTIONS

1. Ottawa Police Association parking lot, on south side of Catherine Street, has a limited number of parking spaces available. Free when ticket validated at the meeting– (DO NOT park where there is reserved parking signage)
2. Capital Parking Lot, on Catherine Street just before the OPA on the south side of the Ottawa Curling Club. The meter accepts large change and credit cards, and the lot is monitored.
3. Indigo Parking Lot, further down Catherine street past the 200 Catherine Street Building on the left side is another paid public parking lot.
4. Street Parking is available on most surrounding streets, the closest of which are O’Connor, north of Argyle with metered times usually 2 hour maximums.
