You can initiate and implement change in your organization as a safety professional. ‘The Safety Professional’ as Change Agent session allows attendees to explore change management tools and methods and take away tips to help build your competencies in leading effective safety change.

Hosted by CSSE National, this session will be run by Gary Phillips, BA, BEd, MA (Adult Education), CRSP (Canadian Registered Safety Professional), and CHRP (Certified Human Resource Professional). 

About Gary Phillips

An experienced organizational development consultant, trainer and Safety Professional, Gary is involved in a variety of training projects and consulting assignments in for-profit, public and not-for-profit organizations, including experience with First Nations organizations and individuals.
