    Chloe Howard, Co-Founder, Shirley Parsons Canada

    Chloe Howard brings a dynamic perspective to HSE career development with over 6 years of experience in the field. Her journey began in the US market, focusing on placing HSE professionals within the pharmaceutical and higher education sectors. Over the past 3 years, she has spearheaded the growth of Shirley Parsons Canada, building a successful team of 7 and establishing a presence across diverse industries.

    Chloe’s expertise lies in strategic recruitment of HSE professionals at all levels and in a variety of industries.  She leverages her experience across the US and Canada to ensure effective placement based on specific client needs.

    In addition to recruitment, Chloe is a passionate advocate for continual development within the HSE profession.  She actively participates in conferences and workshops, empowering others to thrive in their careers. Previously, she served on the board of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Los Angeles chapter for 2 years, demonstrating a commitment to the broader HSE community.  Additionally, she played a key role on the American Staffing Associations (ASA) Search and Placement Council and is currently a member of Association of Canadian Search, Employment and Staffing Services (ACSESS), further solidifying her expertise in the recruiting field.
