NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Members of CANADIAN SOCIETY OF SAFETY ENGINEERING INC. will be held by telephone/electronic means on Thursday, the 16^th day of December, 2021 at 12:00 noon Eastern time.  The following business will be conducted:

1. Announce the results of the election by Ordinary Resolution for positions on the Board of Directors, being:

Four (4) Directors-at-Large for a term of one (1) year;

Vice President Governance and Human Resources for a term of one (1) year;

Vice-President Finance for a term of one (1) year; and

Vice-President Regional Affairs for a term of one (1) year;

2. Announce the results of the election by Ordinary Resolution for four (4) Regional Vice-President positions on the new Regional Council for the following Regions:

Regional Vice-President Alberta, Northwest Territories, Nunavut for a term of two years;

Regional Vice-President Ontario, Quebec for a term of two years;

Regional Vice-President British Columbia, Yukon for a term of two years; and

Regional Vice President Atlantic for a term of one year.

3. transact such further and other business as may properly be brought before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
