The Opportunity

The WCB is currently seeking a Director, Prevention & Return To Work Program  Services to join our SAFE Work Manitoba leadership team!  

SAFE Work Manitoba, a division of the WCB, is the public agency dedicated to the  prevention of workplace injury and illness. 

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for promoting workplace safety? We're seeking  a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Director, Prevention & Return to Work  Program Services. 

As the Director, Prevention & RTW Program Services, you'll lead the strategic and  operational efforts to promote workplace safety and facilitate return-to-work programs  aligning with WCB's strategic plan and Manitoba's Five-Year Prevention Plan.  

In this key position, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership, overseeing the  development, implementation, and management of all Prevention and Return to Work  program services. As the Director, you'll also play a pivotal role in providing stellar  leadership to our dedicated team, forging strong partnerships with external  stakeholders and represent SAFE Work Manitoba in public engagements.
