Being our Best Starts with Investing in Professional Development
In my role, I have the great opportunity to meet and learn from occupational health and safety professionals from coast-to-coast-to-coast. What ties us together is the true devotion we all bring to our professions so that our colleagues get home safe to their loved ones at the end of every workday.
Our industry has gone through a rapid change as we navigated the impacts of the pandemic, including the management of the virus and as our workforces moved to virtual.
The value in CSSE for me comes from the wealth of knowledge directly from our members on their leading practice work. This learning enables me to bring my very best to my clients and their employees.
In the last e-Lert, I opened a call for member stories. The vision is to build and share our collective experience as a living archive of the difference you are all making to the industry and our communities every day. I hope you will take the time to answer the call.
