This session will focus on the importance of the supervisor role in the Return to Work (RTW) process. Our expert speakers, Abha Sharma McDonell RN BSN, a Return to Work Specialist Nurse at WorkSafeBC, and Stephen Symon, the ILS Manager for Health Care, Social Services, and Education at WorkSafeBC, will cover leading practices for RTW using the RTW wheel, as well as online tools and resources such as the RAW Starter Toolkit, EAPP, and SM/PL. They will also discuss the role of physiotherapy in early RTW.
In addition to these important topics, they will be sharing valuable information on claims' costs and how they can impact your organization. There will also be a Q&A portion where you can ask our expert speakers any questions you have about the RTW process, online tools and resources, claims' costs, and more.
